The moment in time the dinosaurs, and a lot of other life on this planet, came to an end 66 mya. A mystery many the world over has wanted to solve. Well, now it looks like paleontologists digging in North Dakota at a site named Tanis may have found evidence of the season, day, and hour of the Earth's disaster. Not only that, but they have also discovered the sequence in which the asteroid impact disaster unfolded.

The asteroid hit in the spring in the Northern Hemisphere with round impactite melt-glass spheroids cast all over the area, and even embedded in the gills of fish, just before a massive wave of water buried everything including the fish. Scientists suspect there are more sites in vicinity of Tanis are yet to be found.
An accounting of this disastrous earth event is described in Primeval Origins: The Harbinger of Judgment and is yet to be written into a future book of the multiple award-winning Primeval Origins® science fantasy series.
